Lee Chong Wei finished Second

World no. 2, Lee Chong Wei, from Malaysia won the Silver medal after losing in the Beijing Olympic 2008 Badminton final to China's Lin Dan (World no. 1) in 2 straight sets with the score of 12-21 and 8-21.

Lee Chun Wei gets into Semi-Finals

SHUTTLER Lee Chong Wei gave another excellent performance to move into the semi-finals of the men's singles competition at the Beijing University of Technology Gymnasium yesterday.

The 26-year-old Malaysian defeated 2004 Athens Olympics bronze medalist Sony Dwi Kuncoro of Indonesia 21-9, 21-11 in 34 minutes in the quarter-finals.

Lee Chong Wei (Malaysia) will play against Lee Hyun-il (Korea) in the men's singles semi-finals today at 6:30pm.
