All England Badminton Championship 2017 Finals Hightlights

All England Championship for 2017 is finally over, and made some history. For start it’s the first time since 1999 have winners in all categories from different country.

Mixed Doubles:
Lu Kai and Huang Yaqiong (China) had a tough 3 games fight against Peng Soon Chan and Liu Ying Goh (Malaysia), but eventually triumph. Score 18-21, 21-19, 21-16

Men’s Singles:
World No. 1 Lee Chong Wei took on unseeded conqueror Shi Yuqi of China and win the Match to receive his 4th All England title. Score 21-12, 21-10

Women’s Doubles:
Chang Ye Na and Lee So Hee (South Korea) faced Kamilla Rytter Juhl and Christinna Pedersen (Denmark) and win the match for South Korea where they last win the title in 2008. Score 21-18, 21-13

Men’s Doubles:
Marcus Fernaldi Gideon and Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo (Indonesia) overcame Li Junhui and Liu Yuchen (China) in straight games to win their first All England Champion title in a fast and furious game. Score 21-19, 21-14

Women’s Singles:
A battle between 2 top seeded player Tai Tzu Ying (Taiwan) and Ratchanok Intanon (Thailand). With Tai manage to seal the win and given her country the first All England Title. Score 21-16, 22-20
